TLC Preschool, a ministry of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, offers classes for children ages 3-5 years of age. Children are taught the basics they will need for an excellent start in kindergarten. The children learn letters, numbers, shapes and colors in a caring and fun environment. Skills begin in our 3 year old room and are built upon as the children progress into the 4 and 5 year old classes. Generally, our students are able to read and
write small words mid-year in our 5 year old class.
Our nurturing teachers at TLC help the children to develop cognitively, socially, physically and emotionally, including proper social manners and handwashing technique. The children are also introduced to music and learn rhythm, rhyme and songs.
TLC has various connections with area resources to provide enrichment for the children at our TLC classrooms. During the year the students will enjoy a Fire Safety program, Cincinnati Museum’s Dino Dan, The Cincinnati Zoo’s Fun with Animals program and a preschool picture day. We also partner with the University of Cincinnati who come to TLC for early speech and hearing evaluations. Free vision screening is also provided for the children.
Class times: 9:30am to 12:00pm.
Parents may choose any or all days, Monday – Friday.

2 days $142/month
3 days $179/month
4 days $207/month
5 days $232/month
Registration fee is $80.00 and is non-refundable.
